Shipping policy

This page provides a detailed outline of our shipping policies. For further questions, do not hesitate to contact our support address.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Economy shipments within Central Europe should arrive within 48-72 hours after shipment. Express shipments should arrive within 24 hours after leaving our warehouse.

Carriers

Within Italy, we use Bartolini as our carrier. Shipments outside of Italy are handled by X4U Express in cooperation with FedEx for shipments outside of Central Europe

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Please note that for shipments outside of the EU/EEA different shipping rates may apply. This will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.

The payment of eventual customs charges and/or import tax is the responsibility of the customer.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
